The essential difference between centrifugal fan and ion fans
Apr 07, 2022
Due to the difference between centrifugal fans and ion fans, many people mistake them for the same fan. In fact, there is a big difference between them. The following is a brief introduction to the difference between a centrifugal fan and a centrifugal fan, so that you can distinguish it easily.
Centrifugal fan is a heat exchange device composed of heat exchanger and fan. The whole heat exchange process mainly relies on the input of mechanical energy to increase the gas pressure and discharge the gas. At present, centrifugal fans are widely used in factories and mines, tunnels, cooling towers, vehicles, ships and buildings; boilers and industrial furnaces; air-conditioning equipment and household appliances.
Ion fans can be divided into DC electronic fans and AC electronic fans. The former mainly emits positive and negative ions synchronously through two sets of positive discharge electrodes to achieve the purpose of eliminating static electricity. In the latter, a set of discharge electrodes emits positive and negative ions, creating a time difference that is also used to eliminate static electricity. Judging from this, although the working principles of centrifugal fans and ion fans are similar, they are essentially different.
