Debugging method of axial flow fan

1After the axial flow fan is installed, the flexibility of fan rotation should be checked before starting, and whether there is clamping friction phenomenon in the blade by hand. Check the fan and adjacent pipes for any remaining items and other debris.

2 Check that the air door inside the pipe is open.

3 personnel should be away from the fan.

4 Start the fan, check whether the fan blade steering is in accordance with the rotary marking mark, after the inspection qualified, test run 10-30 minutes to stop, check whether the blade has loosening phenomenon, vibration absorber seat and the bottom connection bolt has loosening, after all normal, before official start, put into operation.
