The fan adopts single suction type d drive structure, and the fan and motor are connected by coupling. Fan body is mainly composed of housing, air inlet, rotor group (impeller and spindle), bearing box, coupling and so on. (F drive it is double supported two bearing boxes, single suction has an inlet chamber, double suction has two air intake chambers .C, B drive with active wheel and passive wheel).

In addition to fan body, according to user needs, the unit can also be equipped with a variety of external matching, common: motor, regulating door, integral support, electric actuator, muffler and so on.

2 brief introduction of the structure of fan

The fan can be made into two types: one side of the motor is faced squarely, for example, the impeller rotates clockwise and the cyclone is described as "clockwise", and the counterwind is rotated counterclockwise, which is expressed as "inverse".

The outlet position of the fan is expressed as the outlet angle of the machine shell: "CIS" and "inverse" can be made into 0, 45, 90, 135, 180, 225 degrees in six angles. Other special angles can also be made according to the requirements of the user.

Depending on the circumstances, there are two types of bearing boxes:

(2) oil-cooled bearing box
