After long-term use, the fan's center of gravity offset will become more and more serious, not only will it produce noise, but it will also seriously damage the CPU. The solution is: remove the fan, and then hang it in the center with a thin wire. After it stops, see which direction it sinks. Grind the sinking end on the grinding wheel several times, and then test it until the fan is in a horizontal position, and then install it. Or directly updating a new cooling fan can also solve the problem.
