The reason why the air conditioner fan is loud

Causes and solutions:
(1) Cause of failure: hanging wall type installation fixed hanging wall board is not firm loose or wall surface is not smooth. Maintenance method: re-fix the hanging wall board, or deal with the wall, so that the hanging wall board remains flat.
(2) Cause of failure: the assembly of wall-mounted indoor fan motor and through-flow air wheel and fan bearing is not in place, and the noise of friction is caused by the loud noise of air conditioning indoor machine.
Maintenance method: Re-adjust the assembly position of indoor fan motor, tubular wind turbine and fan bearing.
(3) Cause of failure: poor assembly of indoor fan motor and tubular wind turbine.
Maintenance method: check and judge separately. first remove the tubular wind turbine, such as noise removal. That is to replace the tubular air wheel (mostly due to the imbalance or deformation of the tubular air wheel); otherwise for the internal fan motor failure, replace the internal fan motor.
