The essentials of centrifugal fan’s installation and assembly of components

As to the basic knowledge of the centrifugal fan, it certainly includes installation consideration, which is a prerequisite for the normal operation of machines. When the whole centrifugal fan is installed, it should be placed directly on the basis, and paired with the wedges leveling to keep it stable.

The bearing seat and the base of the centrifugal fan should connect tightly when assembling, the vertical level should not exceed 0.2/1000, the lateral horizontal bottom should not exceed 0.3/1000, gradienter can be used to measure horizontal flange in the spindle and the bearing seat respectively.

Most of all, the centrifugal fan shaft and bearing assembly shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of technical documents, the bearing cover and the bearing should be 0.03 ~ 0.04 mm interference. Adjust the gap value sought to be small, in order to improve the efficiency of the fan.
