Prepare for installing the centrifugal fan

Before unpacking, the fan is packed, check whether the packaging is intact and destructive, whether the nameplate parameters of the fan meet the requirements, and whether the accessories are complete and complete. Carefully check whether the fan is deformed or damaged during transportation, whether the strong parts are loose or fall off, and whether the impeller is rubbed off, and check all parts of the fan. If an abnormal phenomenon is found, it should be used after repair. Measure the insulation resistance between the fan shell and the motor winding with a 500v meOhm meter, and the value shall be greater than 0.5 meOhM, otherwise the motor shall be dried around the team, and the drying temperature shall not exceed 120℃. Prepare various materials, tools and sites required for fan installation.

1. Carefully read the operating manual and product samples of the fan, get familiar with the specifications, form, impeller rotation direction and airflow inlet direction of the fan; check whether the parts of the fan are in good condition, otherwise it can be installed and used after repair.2. The fan must be installed with safety devices to prevent accidents, and should be installed and wired by professionals familiar with the relevant safety requirements.3. The air duct connecting the inlet and outlet of the fan is separately supported without adding the overlapping weight of the pipe on the parts of the fan. The connection between the joint surface of the fan and the foundation and the outlet duct shall be adjusted to make the natural fit and not forced connection.4. After the installation of the fan, with hand or lever dial impeller, check whether there is tight or rub phenomenon, whether hinder the rotating items, no abnormal phenomenon, can test run, fan transmission device exposed part should have protective cover (user provided) such as fan air inlet does not take over, also need to add protective net or other installation device (user self-provided).5. The equipped electric control box of the fan must match with the corresponding fan (refers to the power, voltage, pneumatic mode, control form, etc.).6. Fan wiring should be wired by professional electricians, the wiring must be correct and reliable, especially the wiring number at the electric control box and the number on the fan terminal, fan shell should be reliably grounded, grounding must be reliable, grounding can not be replaced instead of grounding.7. After all the fans are installed, check whether there are any remaining tool box sundries inside the fan.
