Debug method of centrifugal fan

Centrifugal fan is a complex piece of equipment, mainly air inlet, air valve, impeller, motor, air outlet components. In a different State, centrifugal fan effect is not the same. Therefore, different parts of the operation is not unified, centrifugal fan effect will be affected. Centrifugal fan debugging to best from multiple aspects.

1, allowed full pressure centrifugal fan or reduced voltage electric starting, but it should be noted that full voltage starting current is about 5-7 times the rated current, reduced voltage starting torque is proportional to the square of voltage, when capacity is insufficient, reduced voltage starting should be adopted.

In test 2, centrifugal fan, should be carefully read the product manual, check whether the wiring with the wiring diagram in line; should carefully check the power supply fan voltage is not to meet the requirements of the work, if the power supply missing phase or in phase with, the distribution element specification of capacity.

3, testing not less than two people, one power, one observation of fan operation, unusual phenomena immediately stop check, first check the direction of rotation is correct; after centrifugal fan running, should immediately check whether the operation current balance, if the current exceeds the rated current; if there are anomalies, should stop check. Running in five minutes, stop check fan for abnormal phenomena, confirm no abnormal then start running.

4, a two-speed centrifugal fan test, you should start slow, check the direction of rotation is correct; starting speed must wait until the fan static and then start to prevent high-speed reverse rotation, causing switch tripping or motor impairment.
